The installation is very easy and solderless because you must only conntect a flat ribbon cable to your wii to boot DVD-R or DVD-RW wii / GameCube Imports / Backups and Homebrews. And one of the new futuers from the WASABI DX V5 mod-chip is the very easy update function via DVD or a JTAG USB programmer and the Advanced automatic region detection with fallback (works even if a drive is changed to a different region Wii)!
